Most of the tools in the File, Edit, Transport, View and Help menus are also accessible via the toolbar. Notable exceptions are:
Load machine state and Save machine state (File menu): by loading and saving machine states you can build a collection of your own presets.
Save song (File menu): use this option to save multiple copies of the current pattern as a single file.
